Out of all of the programs that we are using in this class, I have the most experience with PowerPoint. So, naturally I thought that I would be able to knock this project out in about a day. Incorrect. I found myself putting this project off because I thought it would be easy to do. So, I ended up finishing it on the day it was due. I think that the most difficult thing about this project was thinking about what content to include. I really don't like doing "About Me" projects because I feel like I can't accurately represent myself in just a few stagnant PowerPoint slides. People really have to meet me in order to get the full "Hayley Redding" experience. Anywho, I eventually found some things to talk about that will let the viewer get a general idea of how I roll.
PowerPoint has always been, and will continue to be, one of the best ways to present information to a group. The program is user friendly, and users can be as basic or creative as they please. Even though I do not have PowerPoint 2013, I know that it has some really neat features that also help give presentations the pop and pizzazz it needs to wow audiences.
